Kuwait’s Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) needed to implement a highly scalable telephony system with a high degree of functionality and maximum reliability. The project was awarded to M/S Fahad Al Bahar Sons Trading Co. (FBS), a Mitel Gold Solution Provider / Partner in Kuwait. FBS deployed Mitel’s 3300 IP communications solution for around 500 all-IP users at the ministry’s HQ. FBS has provided MOHE with a foundation to add-on applications when required and to evolve with its business and needs |
